My county Judge recently sent me a letter requesting that I draft a letter to the Comptroller pursuant to section 2206.101 of the Government Code. It apparently requires that any entity with eminent domain authority send a letter to the Comptroller listing each provision of law that grants the entity their authority. Has anyone had to draft one of these letters?
