Our County Clerk has received a request from TDIR (Texas Document Imaging & Retrieval Systems, LLC) for "access to and digital copies of all the Hockley County Clerk's official public records (images and indexes) such as deeds, leases, liens, etc." Have any of you guys received requests from these folks? If so, how did you handle it?

We received a request, but since we don't have those...couldn't comply.

At this point, the Genealogical Society of Utah is doing digital imaging of some of our records, but we will not have a copy of their work - it will be in the state archives.
