How do we go about collecting the defaulted PR bond amount from a defendant? Are there any forms that need to be submitted with the Default to get this accomplished? Thanks for any feedback. Letha

I haven't had to do it, but it seems to me that you would take your jt to a writ and seize whatever non-exempt property the defendant has - - and good luck with that!
