He's on TDCAA's Expert Witness List but I don't have a contact. Has anyone encountered him?Anyone have transcripts?

Dr. Martinez is from Witchita Falls and testifies in the areas of future dangerousness, sanity, and competency.

He testified for defense at sexual assault/indecency w/ child case. He was forthcoming about defendant's high risk of recidivism, which was of most interest to judge, who was doing punishment.

He lives in Corpus Christi area now.
