Does anyone have a recent Facebook search warrant sample we could review? The last one I did was for sexual assault a little over a year ago and we need to do several for a capital murder and would like to look at some wording.

I know this is a bit late, but I have a couple different ones I would be glad to share. The tricky part is Facebook is considered to fall under 18 USC 2703 so you will need a specific warrant regarding stored communications.
