Does anyone use a good software program in conjunction with Word to generate tables of authorities? Our last Word 2003 machines are about to be upgraded to Word 2010, which is incompatible with Citelink, and I refuse to sign up for CiteAdvisor from West.

We use "Best Authority" Dunno if it works w/2010, though.

I use Word 2010's built-in table of authorities software.
