A 21-year-old New Jersey man pleaded guilty Tuesday to vomiting on another spectator and his 11-year-old daughter in the stands during a Philadelphia Phillies game.

Details.

Wonder how he got the black eye...

... call 911, while drunk, to report that his mother had stolen his beer and threaten to contiue calling until something was done to rectify this gross injustice.

Maybe mom thought he was too drunk. Or maybe mom was just thirsty.

I'm not sure that Econolodge should be flattered by that comparison, but having stayed at one, I can imagine that jail might actually be a step up.

... think a church carnival was a segue to an au natural celebration (three decades too late) of all things hippie.

Police find 2 intoxicated naked men in woods

Authorities made no arrests, but they still were scratching their heads Monday over a Sunday morning incident that led to the discovery of two highly intoxicated naked men completely covered in mud in the Town of Lewiston.

[snip]

State police at Niagara and the Lewiston police, after rescuing both men and taking them to the hospital, learned that they apparently had gone to the St. John de LaSalle Carnival in Niagara Falls and afterwards decided to dance naked in the woods.

The rest of this "dirty" story

"The warning that I’ve received, you may take it with however many grains of salt you wish, is that the brown acid that is circulating around us is not specifically too good. It’s suggested that you do stay away from that. Of course, it’s your own trip, so be my guest, but please be advised that there is a warning on that one, OK?"

Trapped drunk driver opens another beer as awaits rescue

Wed Jun 23, 2010

AUCKLAND (Reuters) - A drunk driver trapped after overturning his car cracked open another can of beer while he waited for emergency crews to rescue him, a New Zealand court was told.

Paul Nigel Sneddon, 47, pleaded guilty to careless driving and drunken driving after being nearly three times over the legal alcohol limit in a district court in the city of Palmerston North, the Dominion Post newspaper reported on Wednesday.

Police found Sneddon, a former baker, trapped in his overturned Ford Laser on June 1, drinking a can of beer after he failed to take a corner properly and crashed through a wooden barrier, flipping his vehicle.

Defense lawyer Peter Young said that when Sneddon found he could not open the doors, "he had nothing else to do at that point, so he had another beer."

Australian drunk survives attempt to ride crocodile

Tuesday, 13 July 2010

A drunk man who climbed into a crocodile enclosure in Australia and attempted to ride a 5m (16ft) long crocodile has survived his encounter.

The crocodile, called Fatso, bit the 36-year-old man's leg, tearing chunks of flesh from him as he straddled the reptile.

He received surgery to serious wounds to his leg and is recovering in hospital, police say.

He had been chucked out of a pub in the town of Broome for being too drunk.

The man, who was not named by the police, climbed over a fence and tried to sit on the 800kg (1,800lb) saltwater crocodile.

The rest of the story.

But he can claim he was not drunk in public. He was drunk in a pub, they threw him into public. Wonder how the damages lawsuit would play in Florida. (In Louisiana they would probably give the alligator a medal.)
